This Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan combines sets (kriyas) of yogic postures and movements (asanas) with meditative focus, breath work (pranayama) and chanting (mantra).


No previous experience in yoga is required and benefits are experienced within the first class.


Kundalini Yoga benefits range from strengthening your immune, nervous & cardiovascular system, increasing energy and vitality to improving digestion and adjusting your metabolism. It is also known to reduce depression, anger, stress and anxiety, help overcome addictive behaviour, improve intuition and bring a sense of peace.
